New Beginnings

December 1, 2017

It’s the Holiday Season. The time of year where diets get thrown out the window and exercise traded in for an extra hour in your warm comfy bed.

I don’t blame you.

I struggle too but my challenge today is to not let cultural expectations define you.

Why wait until the new year to create good habits? Have a piece of pie? Heck yes! But create some new traditions too.

Take a family walk. Make more low carb meals. A family that puts priority on health will create lasting benefits to your body, mind, and spirit that will be passed down to younger generations.

And, of course, don’t forget your yoga.

Yoga will build strength, flexibility, and balance that permeates through to not just your body but your mind and spirit too. Creating skills that you can carry into every area of your life.

A new ten week course starts January 5th. Every Friday at 6pm at Warwick Memorial United Methodist Church. And new classes can be available if attendance allows.
